At this point we are all familiar with the killer combo of materials on the original Air Jordan I, with that smooth leather paneling in the classic colorway of Black/Red that first had us fiending over kicks. With that being said, there’s no harm in going back to a classic and revamping the design using a more modern set of materials. This new Air Jordan 1 Phat does just that, with the all black colorway utilizing a texturized carbon fiber to give them a high tech feel. Continue reading to get a better look these sneakers and check back with us for release info. Also let us know in the comments which of the two carbon fiber colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Phat you will be copping.
