The Air Jordan V’s are an iconic work of Tinker Hatfield released in 1990 inspired by the WWII Mustang fighter plane. This design has inhabited a variety of colorways, but the folks at Jordan Brand have decided to go OG on this drop. The black/ metallic silver colorway is set to be released domestically at some undisclosed date in August. There is one distinct difference between these and other black/ metallic silver colorways of the Air Jordan V, this shoe has a transparent blue outsole as opposed to the regular clear outsole. This Air Jordan V also features an all black upper, heel, and midsole contrasted by the silver netting on the tongue and a section on the upper as well as a silver embroidered Jumpman and 23 logo on the heel, all topped off by a red Jumpman logo on the tongue. If you can’t wait to camp out in August, then head over to eBay and grab a pair from Air-Randy before they’re gone.
