NBA Jordans On Court: Kevin Martin Wears Air Jordan 2012

The Air Jordan 2012 doesn’t drop until Saturday, but it officially made its NBA debut last night in Houston. The Rockets’ , who is a Jordan Brand athlete, donned the White/Black-Varsity Red edition of the against the Philadelphia 76ers. Its clear as to what flight Martin chose as he went with the E version of the 2012 as he helped Houston extend Philadephia’s losing streak to five games. Air Jordan 2011 PEs in NBA JAM: On Fire Edition

He’s on fire! Those were the words heard from Marv Albert back in 1993 and 18 years later it is back on next generation systems in the form of the On Fire Edition. Along with NBA 2K12, this will be a basketball video game worth picking up and is sure to be nostalgic for those old enough to remember the original NBA Jam. Sneakers have made their way into basketball games as of late as they are an important accessory and NBA Jam: On Fire Edition is no exception. The will appear in player exclusive form for Jordan Brand athletes such as , , and just to name a few. We previously showed you what Ray Allen would be wearing in this game but now we have a better look as to what the JB roster will wear on cout as well. Jordan Brand Breakfast Club Training Session

Along with the Houston Rockets’ , ten high school basketball players from Los Angeles were chosen as counselors for the Jordan WINGS for the Future event. The event entailed a basketball clinic and a court refurbishment. The counselors oversaw an hour of speed, agility and basketball drills and following that they heard a speech from on the importance on working hard no matter what path they take. Martin himself had to work hard as a Division I basketball player who was lightly recruited before he made it to the NBA.
