Air Jordan IV: Cavs NOT Releasing on NikeStore Online

This past month has seen quite a few changes with the way Nike launches big ticket items, presumably a response to the growing problems of crowd control and massive lines forming at retail spots nearly every weekend. Their latest move seems to aim to take some of the stress off their online retail spot, as this weekend’s anticipated release of the Air Jordan IV ‘Cavs’ will not be available via NikeStore online. Also unavailable online will be the four Jordan CP3.V styles launching tomorrow, May 9th. Let us know in the comments what you think of the switch up and remember to make it out to a physical location for your best chance at any of these styles.

Jordan CP3.V: Marquette PE

Since Dwyane Wade rose to super-stardom after entering the NBA as a fourth overall pick in that bonkers 2003 NBA Draft, a greater spotlight has been placed over the Jordan Brand-ed Marquette University in hopes that another Wade will emerge as the next great star. That hasn’t happened yet, but we at least know the school is represented by the greatest of all-time, as Marquette is one of a select handful of NCAA programs donning the Jumpman. During the 2012 NCAA Tournament, some players were issued this PE colorway of the , which combines University Blue with Del Sol yellow and Midnight Navy for a sweet color-burst package. You’d be surprised how inexpensive these unreleased Jordans came out to be, so peep the images below and check out the final price from this forgone listing from que38 on eBay.
