If you pay attention to the two athletes across social media you’ll know that Chicago Bulls teammates Nate Robinson and Rip Hamilton partake in a fair amount of poking fun at each other. It looks like the friendly competition between the two might extended to the world of sneakers, as Rip headed to Twitter recently to show off his latest Air Jordan acquisitions soon after Robinson’s collection was unveiled to ESPN. He again shows he’s not afraid of slicing up prized possessions, opting for the Air Jordan X ‘Chicago’ this time around and upping the effort by utilizing two pairs. Thanks to the Slam Dunk Contest championships under his belt, Nate Robinson has a couple pretty coveted PE silhouettes, but that hasn’t stopped him from dipping into the Air Jordan line from time to time. She’s been rocking them on the regular as well, seen here posing them and also spotted in them while ducking into a cab on her way to catch a flight. The watch for Air Jordans around the league continues, as we keep you updated on the latest batch of retros and performance sneakers being laced up around the NBA.
