Air Jordan 6: Black Green Yellow

The Air Jordan 6 continues to get hit with new colorways in 2014, between the celebratory “Champagne” and “Cigar” Pack to celebrate Mike’s first title to a bevy of retros that haven’t seen store shelves in quite some time. Today we get a look at another new scheme in this venom-green like based colorway that takes an ominous approach to the upper with black dominating most of the silhouette. Initially thought to be a nod at the 2014 World Cup since Brazil’s uniform colors feature both green and yellow, there’s no word yet on whether this is an official reference or not. Air Jordan XX9: Black Team Orange

The Air Jordan XX9 will debut this September in two colorways ranging from the classic “Chicago” installment that features a predominant elephant print on the upper, but what the woven material has shown us is how diverse it can be in terms of blocking and pattern arrangements. Take this almost Oklahoma City Thunder scheme for example as it features a large ’23′ in block letter stitching on the tongue while we get treated to the Jumpman branding in probably the largest branding the signature sneaker has seen to date. Elephant print can faintly be seen in an almost 3M reflective look beneath it while an icy outsole finishes things off. As always, continue reading after the click for a better view of the upcoming Air Jordan XX9 set to release this September 2014 and stay tuned for more information in our Jordan Release Date page.
