Jordan Brand to Halt Production of Air Jordan 3 Retros

Plenty of exciting news has come out in this past week between the Jordan Brand Holiday 2014 Preview and the unveiling of both the Remastered Collection of retros and Chris Paul’s Jordan CP3.VIII. But there was a bit of unfortunate news: the Jumpman will be putting the Air Jordan 3 back into the vaults for the foreseeable future. According to Jordan Brand VP of Footwear David Schechter, the AIr Jordan 3 will be going on hiatus to allow the remastering process to breathe new life into the brand until the sneaker is ready to return. This comes after years of Mike’s third signature being a staple in the catalogue, releasing every year in a bevy of old school and new colorways. Are you sad to see it go? Be sure to stay tuned for more updates right here on Jordans Daily.

Jordan Future: Grey/Volt Releases in Europe Tomorrow

The Jordan Future is currently in a mesh renaissance, as the sneaker has ditched the woven upper in lieu of the all over 3M reflective material for the past few releases. One colorway that we haven’t seen too much information about has been this “Grey/Volt” aesthetic, one that features a monochromatic upper but sets itself apart from the pack thanks to a translucent green glow outsole for good measure. What do you think? If you’re overseas in Europe, you’ll be happy to know that you can grab this pair, tomorrow, August 30th at select shops like Crooked Tongues. In the meantime, we have some more photos for you after the click.

2 New Jordan CP3.VIII Colorways

Jordan Brand officially unveiled Chris Paul’s Jordan CP3.VIII, and the eighth signature in the All-NBA point guard’s Jumpman lineage promises to be a tech-filled affair that stays with the low cutting profile to emulate CP3′s unique mobility on the hardwood. While we’re going to get a more or less Chicago-inspired affair in terms of debut colorways, today we get a look at two new bold statements set to release post-November. There’s a vibrant royal blue pair that utilizes an iridescent toebox and tongue while Infrared 23 contrasts both yellow and light blue.  The nearly all-red pair is an attention grabber as well.
