Actually the overall look isn’t too far from a previously released Air Jordan IV, with many folks pointing out the “Tour Yellow” similarities. This Air Jordan XIV Low just might be the most muted of Mike Bibby’s player exclusive sneakers. The pair, presumably made for his Sacramento Kings days, goes for a clean white base, using silver for the midsole teeth and a tiny bit of purple for the accents here and there. Said graphics come in the form of a thorough argyle print along the back end and midsole to compliment the uni blue/white palette. Jordan Brand’s athletes are making full use of their brand new Air Jordan XX8 post-season player exclusives. The first round has finally put folks other than Russell Westbrook in special versions of the sneaker. Spotted over the past few days were Ray Allen, Rip Hamilton, and Gerald Wallace all suited up in the shrouded silo. Not all of Jordan Brand’s athletes will suit up in the Air Jordan XX8 for this year’s post-season play. Also hitting the floor will be a few more signature sneakers, the Jordan Melo M9 for Carmelo Anthony and the Jordan CP3.VI AE for Chris Paul, and some peripheral models for the likes of Blake Griffin, D.J. Will Ray Allen ever get another Air Jordan retro PE in his career? He’s certainly slowed down on that front, as Jordan Brand seems content to keep him in more contemporary sneakers as of late.
