Meanwhile, the Jordan Melo M10 gets the Jordan Brand Classic logo ont he tongue while each shoe features a simple white and black scheme while an icy blue outsole finishes it off. Jordan Melo 1.5: Atomic Mango

Was the Jordan Melo M10 being included in Jordan Brand’s 2014 “Playoff Pack” a little too early? While JB won’t leave out their star signature athlete, the Knicks are currently a game out of the playoffs in the Eastern Conference. And while the Jordan Melo M10 was treated to a new Atomic Mango look to celebrate the potential post season, Melo’s rookie year sneaker in the Jordan Melo 1.5 returns in a similar scheme with a healthy dose of wolf grey atop the upper in a look reminiscent of his alma mater in Syracuse. What do you think of the latest colorway to arrive on the retro of Carmelo Anthony’s first silhouette? Carmelo Anthony’s roots in Brooklyn are well-known even though the All-Star picked up and moved to Baltimore early in life. Today we get a look at another Jordan Melo M10 in a special New York referencing scheme that features a cool grey aesthetic with accents of a minty green on the branding. Jordan Brand Gives the Jordan 1 Flight Strap a “Knicks” PE

March 27th, 2014 By

Jordan Brand Gives the Jordan 1 Flight Strap a Knicks PE

Aside from the Jordan signature sneaker and the likes of shoes baring the names of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and Carmelo Anthony – silhouettes from the Jumpman rarely see a sellout happen. Take for instance the Jordan 1 Flight Strap – a shoe that borrows heavily from the Air Jordan 1 and features a mesh like upper in an homage to the Air Jordan 4. While this shoe would likely sit on shelves and see a sales bin before a sneaker connoisseur picked them up, Jordan Brand recently gave the model a revamp in the form of a Carmelo Anthony PE. Featuring a Knicks colorway, the shoe gets hit with a black base while royal blue and orange alternate. Add in a number 7 stitching and the shoe ends up being an enticing offer. Russell Westbrook also got his own exclusive, so stick with us after the click for a better look and know that these will be available via Foot Locker.

Jordan Melo M10: “Red Suede”

Jordan Melo M10: Red Suede

It’s been a rough season for Carmelo Anthony and his New York Knicks squad thanks to a bevy of injuries. And despite Melo putting up career numbers each night, his days with the Knickerbockers could be numbered. Is this pair of the Jordan Melo M10 in a new red suede a hint at his future destination? While Melo following in Mike’s footsteps and joining the Bulls seems like a dream come true and rumors continue to swirl, we doubt Jordan Brand has any inside information on Carmelo’s off-season plans. This pair features a red suede as the base while accents of black hit the tongue and midsole. The Melo heel plate transitions from a reflective silver to a red rounding out one of the better schemes of Anthony’s tenth signature. Be sure to get with us after the click for a better view of this “Red Suede” Jordan Melo M10 and be on the lookout for an upcoming release date in our Jordans Release Dates page.

Jordan Melo M10: Black – Red – Purple

March 11th, 2014 By

Jordan Melo M10: Black Red Purple

The Jordan Melo M10 and Air Jordan 7 don’t have too much in common in terms of signature sneakers, so it’s an odd pairing that Carmelo Anthony’s latest signature gets a “Raptors” treatment, yet the colorway definitely works on top of the new-age model featuring the Jordan Flight Plate. The midsole features both court purple and a vibrant red and seemingly has the same coordination of colors as MJ’s Toronto-inspired pair. Add in a metallic silver Melo heel plate and the shoe is a more than formidable look. While there’s no word yet on whether these sneakers will see retailers anytime soon, check out more photos of this “Raptors” inspired Jordan Melo M10 and let us know if you’re feeling this colorway in the comments.
