Any shoe worn by Michael Jordan is probably worth its weight in gold, but you can pretty much bank on that for any sneaker he wore during his prime with the Chicago Bulls. A pair of Jordan-worn and signed Air Jordan 4 “Fire Red” from 1989 is currently at auction, giving fans their latest chance to pick up a piece of MJ history. While there is minimal cracking and yellowing on the midsole, everything in intact just as it was the moment MJ took them off nearly 27 years ago.

Jordan wore “Fire Red” 4s home and away for the first three months of the 1989-90 season, and finished with one of the finest seasons of his career – 33.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 2.8 steals per game.

Check out the auction now at Steiner Sports.
