Tough to believe it been 16 years since the last Air Jordan 5 release with Nike Air branding. Consider the wait officially over this Saturday when the OG Black/Metallic Silver colorway hits stores. While there’s a new non-3M Scotchlite material on the tongue, everything else is a virtual copy of the original shoe from 1990 and its twin from 2000. Since Jordan Brand announced its retro remaster program in early 2015, they’ve released two classic with Nike Air on the heel – Air Jordan 4 Cement and Air Jordan 6 Maroon.
