Michael Jordan’s 1984-85 rookie season was a stellar one. The newly minted Chicago Bulls star burst onto the NBA scene to the tune of 28.2 points per game, 11 more wins for the Bulls, and the playoffs for the first time in four years. But MJ’s famous Fleer rookie card didn’t show up until 1986, including the stats from his very brief second season – shortened by a fractured navicular tarsal bone in his left foot. While the trading card business isn’t quite what it used to be, Jordan’s rookie card remains one of the most sought-after pieces. You can find great condition examples now via eBay
