The Daily Jordan: Air Jordan 5 “Rare Air” – 2007

What Jordan Brand started with the Air Jordan 4 “Laser” pack in 2005, they kept going with the Air Jordan 5 “Rare Air” in 2007. Released on 1/13/07, the Rare Air 5 featured an all-over laser treatment of various Air Jordan models, a camo style lining, and plenty of orange and green. True to its name, this was a limited J you couldn’t simply find at your local sneaker spot. And the price was bumped up, too – $175, compared to the usual $135 rate. You can find a smattering of sizes now, many deadstock condition, on eBay.
