Speaking of extra special Air Jordan 1 treatment this year, Jordan Brand has selected another rarity from the archives in the AJ1 “UNC.” Like the recently dropped Air Jordan 1.5, the UNC colorway in this true-to-OG high top form hasn’t been seen the light of day since 1985. Crazy in this age of retro revelry but true. So far, from early photos like these, everything looks so on-point you could time travel back to ’85 with these on your feet, hang out with AJ1 designer Peter Moore, and he wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. That’s what you want with your retro kicks. Not necessarily the time travel part, of course. October 31, Halloween, is the release date set for the UNC 1, so plan accordingly.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “UNC”
Color: Dark Powder Blue/White
Release Date: October 31st, 2015
Price: $160
