Right now we’re in the dead zone of NBA news. Sure, thanks to the NBA Draft, free agency gamles, and the now well-documented Summer League, people have stated that the league is now a 12 month season, but in reality, September is a notoriously slow month. Back in Michael Jordan’s day, it wasn’t unusual to sign contracts in September though, as today we celebrate the 30th anniversary of His Airness inking a deal to play with the Chicago Bulls. Hit the click for a highlight video of Mike’s rookie season courtesy of Bleacher Report and stay tuned for more MJ updates right here on JordansDaily.
