Blake Griffin’s Jordan Super.Fly 3 was officially unveiled yesterday, and while the sneaker started before Blake had signed to Jordan Brand, his presence immediately transformed the sneaker and gave it a longer shelf life thanks to the second iteration last year. Today a video surfaced of Blake talking about his off-season training regiment and eventually digressed into what he looks for in a shoe. Besides detailing that this was the first time his input was put to the test, Blake went on to say that he looks for a lockdown fit, he mentions the new Flight Web system as well as noting the difference between playing in a sneaker with the Jordan Flight Plate and playing in a sneaker without it. The video is a great watch to see Blake’s training and his influences on his game. Check it out below.
