Summer is always a time to focus on retro releases and the coming signature model for Jordan Brand. But it’s also a time for the Jumpman to ink contracts with some up and coming rookies, and the NBA’s media day focussed around the incoming freshman always gives us a good look at their tastes in retros. Whether it be Jabari Parker’s fixation with the Jordan Lab series (he wore the Air Jordan 3Lab5 “Metallic Silver”) or a couple of Air Jordan 11 surprises, there’s a bevy of images of some top prospects in action.
