The Air Jordan 2 will return in a plethora of brand new options for this summer, whether it’s that Air Jordan 2 “Infrared Cement” look that draws inspiration from both the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 4 to the upcoming “Sport Blue” scheme that seems to be hitting every silhouette imaginable thanks to the first ever retro of the Air Jordan 6 “Sport Blue”. It looks like Jordan Brand had other colorways in mind too as today we get a look at a new “Night Shade” scheme reminiscent of a certain team that just won the Super Bowl. The shoe features a predominantly obsidian like navy on the upper while panels alternate between a surprising safari print addition. Add in a volt speckle on the midsole and on the classic ‘Wings’ branding and this is one of the more interesting iterations of the Air Jordan II we’ve seen in some time. And while we aren’t so sure on what prevented the brand from taking this sneaker a step further to a retail release, this rare pair can be yours via depeche23mode on eBay today.
