The Jordan 6 Rings “New Slate” hits retail shelves tomorrow, January 18th, 2014. The championship hybrid show (that takes a little bit from every shoe that MJ ever wore in the NBA Finals) recently started to don a new addition referencing the Air Jordan 3 thanks to the usual patent leather mudguard being replaced by a dark elephant print. And while MJ never hoisted a trophy while wearing his third sneaker, the print is definitely a welcomed addition to the long standing hybrid. The “New Slate” edition features a dark color scheme based in black while accents of a vibrant atomic orange line the sneaker and hit the sole and new slate is found on the Air Jordan 8 strap and tongue logo patch.
