The ‘Nike Air’ tongue tag on the upcoming Air Jordan 1 ‘Knicks’ is a little detail that gets reflected in the sort of counter-intuitive official name for the model. The pair is officially labeled as an Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG in the Jordan Brand info, with that little ‘OG’ part sort of throwing off a long standing, community selected naming system. With another Air Jordan 1 in the works with similar ‘Nike Air’ styling it appears that that strange name just might be here to stay though.
