One of the closer moments to Michael Jordan filling some type of coaching role curiously comes not in the sport of basketball but in golf, as the man is apparently being tapped to help motivate and advise the US team for the upcoming 2012 Ryder Cup tournament. Team captain Davis Love III apparently is to have MJ hanging out with the team in in hopes that some of his winning spirit and determination will rub off on the men, bringing him into the fold officially of an event he’s been a spectator at many times before.
