The Air Jordan XX3 we know and love has gone down as one of the stronger models of late era Air Jordans, a sneaker that managed to successfully carry the massive expectations surrounding the release of the final ‘numbered’ pair of Jordans. The design apparently had some outtakes in the process, one of them being this smooth suede prototype that ditches the signature laden upper for something much more solid. The lace placket is particularly interesting, with a stegosaurus style strip of metal along the front end. Click through to see what the Air Jordan XX3 almost ended up looking like and let us know how you think this version would have differently impacted its legacy. Photos: Kenlu
