This past Thursday, Jordan Brand invited select members of the media to witness the unveiling of the Jordan CP3.V. With Chris Paul now residing in Los Angeles, one of the biggest media markets in the world, the timing was perfect. Along with designer Tom Luedecke, Chris explained what went into the design process of his fifth signature sneaker. Paul’s game was emphasized in the CP3.Vs design and because he is a player that uses quick cuts and sprints to get the ball where it needs to be, an outsole with traction was added. In addition to the technical aspects of the shoe, the Clippers guard, discussed the personal touches on the shoe such as his shoe size being engraved on the bottom of the sneaker.
