The NBA lockout has gone on for over 100 days now and it looks like there isn’t an end in sight. During the talks between the owners and players union, Michael Jordan has been silent. Jordan is in a difficult position as he was a player that greatly benefited from the system that he and other owners are trying to blow up. Michael is the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats and he along with other small market owners believe that  a hard cap would help their franchises compete with teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat.
