Denny Hamlin was one of the hottest racers in 2010 as he won eight races and finished second in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. 2011 hasn’t been kind to Jordan Brand’s first NASCAR athlete as he’s only won one race out of the twenty one he’s participated in. This past weekend he finished 35th at Michigan International Speedway and despite the loss, Michael Jordan had some encouraging words for him. Hamlin is currently 12th in this year’s Chase for the Sprint Cup.
