Paris welcomed Jordan Brand’s Quai 54 street basketball competition this past weekend with open arms. Ray Allen began the festivities at the House of Hoops in Paris where he signed autographs and answered fans’ questions. The House of Hoops was decorated with special edition t-shirts in addition to the Air Jordan V and Air Jordan ISO II ‘Quai 54’. News quickly spread throughout the city that Ray Allen was in town and by the time he left there was a mob outside who tried to get a glimpse of him.

The next morning, fans lined up for hours outside of the venue to get a chance to watch the game. Throughout the day, street ball teams from all over the world competed for a chance to move on to Day 2 of the competition. Allen was also present at the event where he showed competitors how to knock down three point shots even hitting one effortlessly from half court. Fabolous was on hand at the event to perform some of his biggest singles for the French crowd.
