Outside of Puerto Rico, New York City has the largest contingent of Puerto Ricans anywhere in the world and with Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony being half Puerto Rican himself, it only makes sense that there would be a PE designed after that. The Jordan Melo M7 Future Sole is done up in the colors of the Puerto Rican flag and with the annual Puerto Rican Day parade taking place yesterday, these were a natural fit. The red, white and blue color combination is a departure from his previous Denver Nuggets colorways and New York Knicks PE’s.
